We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-day return policy

If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the book is in its original, unread condition.

How to start a return

Email support@clinilibrary.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect orders.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
